NewFlows in coins, and ETF demand vs new supply

ETF flow tables can now switch between dollars and coins, with each day’s flow converted at that day’s closing price. The Bitcoin tab also compares the coins spot ETFs took in or released over the past 7 days with the bitcoin mined in the same period (450 BTC a day).

NewETF cost basis and inflows underwater

Asset tabs now show the average price US spot ETFs paid for the coins they still hold (where we have each fund’s full flow history), how far spot sits above or below it, and what share of held inflow dollars were bought above today’s price, with a weekly chart of cost basis against price. Fund pages show the same average entry for that fund. The method is on the methodology page.

NewOptions positioning for each ETF

ETF pages now show how the fund’s options market is positioned: put/call ratios by open interest and by volume, 30- and 60-day implied volatility, and the largest call and put positions by strike. Each asset tab on the dashboard compares put/call and implied volatility across funds. Only funds with an active options market are shown, and two new glossary entries explain the terms.

NewMarket Signal on the dashboard, per asset

The dashboard now reads stablecoin supply against each asset’s 7-day ETF flows — Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and XRP — and labels the combination as Fresh Capital Entering, Risk-Off, Capital Rotation or Capital Exit. A one-line strip sits above the tabs; the full breakdown is on the Stablecoins tab.

ImprovedEvery brief is checked before it publishes

Each brief’s numbers are checked against independent data, and its wording is reviewed, before it goes live. A brief that fails the check is held rather than published.

NewRSS feed and cleaner brief links

The dashboard shows how many funds have reported for the latest session and how fresh the data is, so a partial day is never mistaken for a full one.

DataConfidence badges on flows

Daily flow figures carry a confidence marker when independent sources don’t fully agree, so you can see which numbers are firm.

NewThe Midday brief and a sharper Closing Bell

A new midday brief covers the session so far. The end-of-day brief is refocused as the Closing Bell, centred on the day’s market action.
