Market Overview
Crypto markets open Tuesday on the back foot across majors, with bitcoin at $63,451 after a 0.5% overnight slide and ether easing to $1,876.78. The pullback is shallow — BTC still sits 13.7% higher over the past 30 days — and comes against a backdrop of thin ETF flow activity in the most recent settled session. Solana is the odd one out, up 9.2% over the past week even as it gave back 1.4% in the last 24 hours.
ETF Flows
Spot crypto ETFs registered -$1.8M ↓ in net outflows in Monday's settled session, based on partial issuer reporting available to InflowScan. Tuesday's session data has not yet been published and will report in tomorrow's brief.
The Monday tape was quiet on both sides of the ledger, with only two funds appearing in the settled data so far. Coverage across the BTC, ETH, SOL and XRP complexes remains partial as issuers finalize their end-of-day reports.
The FBTC redemption, while small in absolute terms, is the standout print — and it lands on a session where no offsetting inflow appeared on the bitcoin side of the InflowScan tape. BSOL's inflow, meanwhile, is the only positive print across the SOL complex in the settled data, consistent with the broader relative strength Solana has shown over the past week. Read the Monday figures as a low-conviction session rather than a directional signal; the near-flat aggregate tells you positioning was on hold, not that redemptions were meaningful.
Asset Price Analysis
Bitcoin trades at $63,451, off 0.5% in the last 24 hours and 0.6% on the week, but retains a +13.7% gain over 30 days. The $63,000 handle has served as near-term support through the past week's chop; a failure to defend it would open the door back toward the mid-$61,000s where prior consolidation sits.
Ether at $1,876.78 is the weakest of the majors on a weekly basis, down 3.7%, and has now given back much of its month-to-date advance — the 30-day change stands at just +3.7%, well behind BTC and SOL. The $1,850 area is the next observable floor.
Solana continues to run its own tape. At $73.16, SOL is up 9.2% on the week and 15.6% on the month — the strongest 30-day performance in the majors. The 1.4% pullback in the last 24 hours reads as pause rather than reversal given the trend. XRP at $1.05 holds a 1.7% weekly gain despite a 1.6% overnight slip, with the round-dollar level acting as psychological support.
Stablecoin Flows
USDC supply expanded by $234 million in the last 24 hours to $73.7 billion, according to InflowScan data — a meaningful print for a session with otherwise quiet flow activity. USDT added $14 million, taking supply to $183.9 billion. The pattern is consistent with dry powder building on the sidelines rather than being deployed, which fits the near-flat ETF tape.
Outlook
The immediate watch item is Tuesday's settled flow data, which will report in tomorrow's Pre-Market brief and will confirm whether Monday's near-flat tape was noise or the start of a stall in the bitcoin-ETF bid. Key levels: BTC $63,000 as near-term support and $65,000 as the first resistance to reclaim; ETH $1,850 support and $1,920 resistance; SOL's ability to hold $72 after its weekly run-up. Also worth tracking: whether USDC's supply expansion continues — sustained stablecoin issuance without a corresponding pickup in ETF inflows would point to capital pooling rather than rotating into risk.
