ETF Flows Recap

Spot crypto ETFs absorbed +$150.8M ↑ in Friday's settled session, according to InflowScan data. Monday's issuer reports have not yet published, so Friday remains the current tape of record.

BlackRock's IBIT did the heavy lifting, drawing $86 million on the day. Fidelity's FBTC added $40.6 million, and BlackRock's ether product ETHA pulled in $38 million — the only ETH inflow of note in the session. The pattern is consistent with the concentration seen through much of the summer: the two largest bitcoin issuers absorbing the bulk of allocation while smaller products bleed at the margin.

  • IBIT (BlackRock): +$86.0M ↑
  • FBTC (Fidelity): +$40.6M ↑
  • ETHA (BlackRock): +$38.0M ↑

On the redemption side, Invesco's BTCO shed -$19.4M ↓ and VanEck's HODL lost -$10.5M ↓. Both are lower-AUM bitcoin products and their outflows appear consistent with fund-level rotation rather than a broader shift in bitcoin exposure.

Asset Price Action

Bitcoin trades at $65,114 into Monday's open, up 0.3% over 24 hours and down 0.6% on the week. The 30-day picture is where the tape lives: BTC is up 13.7% over that window, and the recent flat print suggests digestion of that move rather than exhaustion of it. The $65,000 handle has held through Friday's session and the weekend.

Ether trades at $1,920, up 0.5% on the day but off 3.7% over the past week — the notable underperformer among the majors. The 30-day gain of 3.7% lags BTC by roughly ten points, and Friday's $38 million ETHA inflow reads more as opportunistic allocation into weakness than confirmation of momentum.

Solana at $77.03 is up 9.2% on the week and 15.6% on the month, leading the majors on both windows. XRP holds $1.03, up 1.7% weekly.

Stablecoin Pulse

USDC supply expanded by $117 million over the past 24 hours to $72.3 billion, according to InflowScan data. USDT was essentially unchanged at $183.1 billion. The mild USDC print is consistent with modest dry-powder buildup rather than aggressive minting into the tape.

Outlook

The Monday session sets up with bitcoin defending the $65,000 handle on light weekend volume and a constructive Friday flow print behind it. Watch for Monday's settled flow tape when it publishes overnight — a second consecutive session of nine-figure BTC inflows would extend the recent pattern of BlackRock- and Fidelity-led absorption. On the ETH side, whether ETHA's $38 million print was a one-day event or the start of a re-engagement is the more open question given ether's weekly underperformance.

Levels to watch: BTC support at $65,000 and resistance at the recent $66,000 zone; ETH capped below $1,950 and rangebound above $1,900. SOL's follow-through above $77 is the momentum tell among the alt majors.
