ETF Flows Recap

Spot crypto ETFs absorbed +$362.6M ↑ in Friday's settled session, according to InflowScan data. Issuer reports for Tuesday's session have not yet been published; the numbers below reflect the most recent complete tape.

ARK Invest's ARKB led the board, pulling in $137.7M — its largest single-session take in more than two weeks. BlackRock's IBIT followed with $119.9M, and ETHA added $59.2M on the ether side. Fund coverage was complete for BTC (12/12), ETH (9/9), and SOL (11/11); XRP coverage came in at 8 of 9 funds, with XRPK's Friday tape still settling.

  • ARKB (ARK Invest): +$137.7M ↑
  • IBIT (BlackRock): +$119.9M ↑
  • ETHA (BlackRock): +$59.2M ↑

Redemptions were concentrated at Fidelity. FETH shed $48.3M, the day's largest single-fund outflow, while FSOL logged a smaller $2.4M exit. REX-Osprey's XRPR registered $4.2M in redemptions.

  • FETH (Fidelity): -$48.3M ↓
  • XRPR (REX-Osprey): -$4.2M ↓
  • FSOL (Fidelity): -$2.4M ↓

The split — BlackRock and ARK on the bid, Fidelity taking redemptions across two asset classes — is consistent with issuer-level rotation rather than a broad risk shift. ETHA's positive tape against FETH's outflow is the sharper divergence, pointing to allocator-specific repositioning within the ether wrapper set rather than a directional call on the asset.

Asset Price Analysis

Bitcoin trades at $78,430 into the Tuesday open, down 1.0% on the day and 0.6% over the week. The 30-day tape remains constructive at +13.7%, leaving the asset well above the summer base but capped below the $80,000 handle it briefly reclaimed last week.

Ether sits at $2,471, off 0.8% in the last 24 hours and 3.7% over seven days — the weakest weekly print in the majors. The gap between ETH price action and ETHA's Friday inflow is the divergence to watch: fund-level demand held up while spot drifted.

Solana continues to outperform, up 9.2% on the week and 15.6% over 30 days at $102.70, with the round-number level acting as near-term pivot. XRP holds $1.39, down fractionally on the day but +8.4% on the month.

Stablecoin Flows

Tether's supply expanded by a marginal $23.6M to $183.4B, while USDC contracted by $328.1M to $74.4B, according to InflowScan data. The net move is small in absolute terms but continues a pattern of USDC supply drift against a flat-to-growing USDT base — a mix historically associated with offshore-venue activity outpacing US-domiciled flows.

Outlook

Two data points matter into Tuesday's tape. First, Tuesday's ETF settlement — which lands in Wednesday's pre-market — will show whether ARKB's Friday surge was a single-session event or the start of a rotation away from IBIT's usual concentration. Second, ether needs to defend the $2,450 area to keep the 30-day gain intact; a decisive loss of that shelf would put the summer range floor back in play.

Bitcoin's $78,000$80,000 zone remains the immediate range. A reclaim of $80,000 with matching ETF inflows would be consistent with the mid-August breakout structure; a break below $78,000 without a corresponding flow reversal would suggest the correction is spot-led rather than allocator-driven.
